Privacy

Privacy notice.

This notice explains what iFORCE Marketing collects through this website, why it is collected, and how it is handled.

Effective 13 August 2026

Who is responsible

iFORCE Marketing in Belize is responsible for information submitted through this website. Privacy questions can be sent to info@iforcemarketing.com.

Information you provide

The project form asks for your name, company, contact details, website, business goals, project needs, budget range, and timeline. If you use the project assistant, iFORCE stores the messages you choose to send and any contact details you later provide.

Why information is used

Information submitted through the website is used to respond to inquiries, understand project fit, keep a record of the conversation, and protect the form and project assistant from abuse.

AI project assistant

The project assistant uses Cloudflare Workers AI to prepare replies. It is automated and may misunderstand a question or provide an incomplete answer. Do not share passwords, payment information, medical information, or other sensitive personal information in the chat. Conversations are saved only after you agree to storage, and the iFORCE team may review them to understand your request and follow up.

Nova stores a conversation identifier and the visible chat history in your browser for up to 30 days so the conversation can continue across pages and return visits on the same device. Clearing this site's browser data removes that local copy. The server also records an approximate country, region, city, and time zone supplied by Cloudflare for the private conversation log. Nova does not receive or refer to that location.

Inquiry delivery

Form submissions and chat follow-up requests are delivered to iFORCE using Brevo as a transactional email provider. Details are used to respond to the request and are not automatically added to a marketing list.

Form protection

The inquiry form and the start of a chat use Cloudflare Turnstile to distinguish genuine submissions from automated abuse. Cloudflare may process limited technical information needed to perform that security check.

Analytics

With a visitor's permission, iFORCE uses Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics 4 to understand website use and measure actions such as completed inquiry forms, chat starts, chat follow-up requests, and WhatsApp contact clicks. Conversation text and information entered into form fields are not included in analytics events. Google may process device, browser, approximate location, page, and interaction information for this purpose. Advertising storage, ad personalisation, and advertising user data are disabled.

iFORCE also uses Cloudflare request analytics and Worker observability to understand website availability, traffic, and errors. Visitors can allow or decline Google Analytics and can reopen their choice using “Analytics settings” in the website footer.

Retention

Inquiry correspondence may be kept for up to 24 months so iFORCE can respond and maintain appropriate business records. Project-assistant conversations are automatically deleted after 12 months unless they become part of ongoing business correspondence. The browser copy of a Nova conversation expires after 30 days. Brevo transactional delivery logs are limited to 30 days. Google Analytics event and user-level data is retained for 14 months. Information may be kept longer when required to resolve a dispute or meet a legal obligation.

Your choices

To ask about information you have shared with iFORCE, request a correction, or request deletion, email info@iforcemarketing.com or call +501 610-8558.
