Who is responsible

iFORCE Marketing in Belize is responsible for information submitted through this website. Privacy questions can be sent to info@iforcemarketing.com.

Information you provide

The project form asks for your name, company, contact details, website, business goals, project needs, budget range, and timeline.

Why information is used

Information submitted through the website is used to respond to inquiries, understand project fit, keep a record of the conversation, and protect the form from abuse.

Inquiry delivery

Form submissions are delivered to iFORCE using Brevo as a transactional email provider. Inquiry details are used to respond to the request and are not automatically added to a marketing list.

Form protection

The inquiry form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to distinguish genuine submissions from automated abuse. Cloudflare may process limited technical information needed to perform that security check.

Analytics

iFORCE uses Cloudflare request analytics and Worker observability to understand website traffic, availability, and errors. GA4, GTM, advertising pixels, and session-recording tools are not active at launch. Personal information entered into the inquiry form is not included in analytics events.

Retention

Inquiry correspondence may be kept for up to 24 months so iFORCE can respond and maintain appropriate business records. Brevo transactional delivery logs are limited to 30 days. Information may be kept longer when required to resolve a dispute or meet a legal obligation.
